1. Reminiscing about the nice, romantical dinner I had with someone for his birthday on Tuesday. I took him to King St Trio in Waterloo. The decor… to die for. The intimate setting… to die for. The food… to die for. I had the Salmon Wellington and he had the Rack of Lamb.

2. Gymm Box. Luxury make-up samples in a box. Delivered to your doorstep. Every month. Need I say more?

3. Ladies leave your kids, husbands & boyfriends at home, because it’s girls weekend! Every year, my girls and I spend an entire weekend together. Last year it was local, this year we are taking a trip to a cottage in Tobermory. The shenanigans begin at 1:30pm today!

4. My “Sister” tattoo… yup, still love it.

5. Trying to manage all the wonderful project ideas & inspiration that seems to have hit me all at once. Thinking headboards, nightstands, basement “bedroom” area, an oil painting, new bedding, a new toilet paper holder and handtowels, and potentially a barn-style slider door for the powderroom… Now I just need to find time.

6. I’ve been listening to the new Jay-Z & Kanye West album, Watch the Throne… on repeat. Seriously. Great album. But out with the old, and in with the new… The Weeknd’s new mixtape, Thursday, will likely take over my eardrums for the next little while…

7. God, I really need to get my hair did. Something need to happen with it. Cut. Colour. Shave. Something!
