{Giant} Greek Pasta Salad

A giant pasta salad. A giant pasta salad that fed 20 people. A giant pasta salad that fed 20 people, yet I still have 2 large Rubbermaid containers full of it in my fridge. That’s a big pasta salad.

I love making pasta salads for large functions. I mean, they come together quickly, they’re relatively inexpensive, and the possibilities are endless. There are Goat Cheese Pasta Salads, Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad, Shrimp Pasta Salad, and then there is Greek Pasta Salad… my favourite.

Giant Greek Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 bag Rotini noodles
2 medium green peppers, cut into bite sized pieces
1.5 large cucumbers, cut into bite sized pieces
1 container cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 large red onion, sliced
1 can black olives
1 cup feta cheese
1/4 bottle of Kraft Calorie Wise Greek Feta & Oregano

Method
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Let cool in fridge.
2. Mix in all the other ingredients.
3. Feed 20 hungry guests.

See, not hard at all. And if you don’t like any of these particular ingredients you can always substitute!

What’s your favourite recipe to serve at large functions?
