Being Biz Smart with Brother Canada

A business savvy woman. On occasion I have to remind myself that I fall into this category. I run a business. I help clients. I provide a sought after service. Sometimes this is easy for me to forget because I truly love my job, and most of the time it feels more like fun than work.

Last night I was invited to an event for design conscious, business savvy women, hosted by the very talented Sarah Gunn & Brother Canada. Twenty four bloggers + myself mixed & mingled enjoying cocktails and delicious appetizers all while being introduced to a brand new line of printer – the Business Smart Series by Brother.

Giving us a little preview of what this printer is capable of, Sarah Gunn stunned us all with her amazing homemade canvases that she created by printing her pictures directly from Instagram and mod-podging them onto a deep-set canvas.

The Printer at First Glance
It’s sleek design in unlike any other. At only 11″ deep, this printer is compact and powerful delivering everything you would expect from an all-in-one printer – copy, scan, fax, print.

What I find most impressive about this printer, besides the fact it has a touchscreen interface, is wireless the printing via a wifi network or a cloud. Not only does this eliminate those pesky cords under my desk, it frees up desk space! This is especially important for a person like me who literally spends 9+ hours everyday at her desk.

I have not had a chance to play around with the printer yet, but I do have a DIY coming up next week that I know this printer will come in handy for… but for now I will sit and marvel at its compact beauty. Yes, this business savvy woman is impressed!

If you wish to read the full specs sheet or purchase the Brother Business Smart Printer, it is now available at Staples.

A special thanks to Sarah Gunn, the Yummy Mummy Club, and Brother Canada for the Business Smart Printer.

I did receive a Business Smart Printer as part of the Brother Blogger event. I have not been asked to write about the printer, nor am I being compensated for this post. All opinions are my own.
